Ghormeh Sabzi
400g Beef Cubes
40g Greenfields Ghormeh Sabzi
100 grams red beans
3 Greenfields dried limes
3-4 tbsp diced onion
120ml cooking oil
1 teaspoon Greenfields Turmeric Powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste


  • Fry the onions in 3 tbsp oil until it’s golden brown then add the turmeric and beef.
  • Stir the beef until it begins to turn brown then add the Ghormeh Sabzi blend.
  • Mix in the beans and water, cover and simmer gently for 1-1.5 hours until meat is tender.
  • Half an hour before serving add salt and pepper and dried limes.
  • Adjust seasoning and serve with white rice.
