Use black quinoa in:
  1. Salads: Black quinoa works well in salads, adding a contrasting color and texture. Combine it with fresh vegetables, herbs, and a tangy dressing for a refreshing and nutritious salad.
  2. Buddha bowls: Create a hearty and satisfying Buddha bowl by layering black quinoa with roasted vegetables, avocado slices, legumes, and a flavorful sauce or dressing.
  3. Pilafs: Use black quinoa as a base for pilafs. Sauté onions, garlic, and spices, then add black quinoa and vegetable broth. Simmer until the quinoa is cooked and fluffed, and serve it as a flavourful side dish.
  4. Stuffed vegetables: Stuff bell peppers, tomatoes, or zucchini with a mixture of black quinoa, cooked vegetables, herbs, and cheese. Bake until the vegetables are tender, and the filling is cooked through.
