A slurp-worthy bowl of ramen noodles drenched in a sesame-chilli broth, punched up with garlic and finished with crispy fried onion. Pure winter warmer with street-food energy.
Cooking time: 20 mins
2 nests ramen noodles
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chilli powder or bullet chilli
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lime powder
750ml vegetable stock
Black sesame or white sesame seeds
Crispy fried onions, to garnish
Optional: soft boiled egg, greens, mushrooms
In a pan, heat sesame oil. Add ginger, garlic, and chilli and fry for 30 secs.
Pour in stock, soy sauce, lime powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cook noodles separately, then add to broth.
Serve in deep bowls topped with sesame seeds and a generous handful of fried onions.
Approx. 350 kcal per bowl

We use Royal Mail second class postal service for all orders. Shipping is free when you order is £30 or more or have 10 or more items in your basket, a standard £4.99 charge will be applied for any cart containing less than £30 worth of products or less than 10 products.
