Prepare the Seeds:
Take 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and rinse them under cold water to remove any dust or impurities.
Boil the Water:
In a medium-sized pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
Simmer the Seeds:
Once the water is boiling, add the rinsed fenugreek seeds.
Reduce the heat to low and let the seeds simmer for 10-15 minutes. The longer you simmer, the stronger the flavour will be.
Strain the Tea:
After simmering, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for a minute.
Strain the tea into a cup using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Optional Additions:
Add honey or a slice of lemon to taste if you prefer a sweeter or more citrusy flavour.
