Sometimes the simplest blends are the most nourishing. This Baobab & Banana Smoothie takes ripe bananas and whizzes them up with yoghurt, honey, and a sprinkle of Greenfields Baobab Powder for a zingy boost of vitamin C. It’s smooth, tangy, and naturally sweet – the kind of drink that makes you feel instantly refreshed.

Serves 2

Prep time: 5 minutes
No cooking required

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk (or almond milk for vegan)

  • 150g natural yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for vegan)

  • 1 tbsp Greenfields Baobab Powder

  • 1 tsp Greenfields Greek Blossom Honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • A handful of ice cubes

  1. Peel and slice the bananas.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender: bananas, milk, yoghurt, Greenfields Baobab Powder, honey, and ice.

  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more honey if needed.

  5. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately, with a sprinkle of baobab on top if you like.

Freeze the banana slices in advance for a thicker, milkshake-like smoothie. Add a spoonful of chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra fibre and omega-3. Works brilliantly as a post-workout drink.

We use Royal Mail second class postal service for all orders. Shipping is free when you order is £30 or more or have 10 or more items in your basket, a standard £4.99 charge will be applied for any cart containing less than £30 worth of products or less than 10 products.
