Extra tips: For the fluffiest texture, rinse the freekeh well before cooking, then simmer gently until tender. A drizzle of olive oil or a squeeze of lemon juice brings the flavours alive.
Rinse before adding to water or stock, does not require soaking. For 100g freekeh, use half litre (500g) of water or stock, 1 tsp salt and a splash of olive oil (optional). Add contents to boiling water, return to the boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 mins or until tender. Drain excess water , can be eaten hot, or allowed to cool. Can refrigerate – use within 2 days. What shipping methods are available and how much?
We use Royal Mail second class postal service for all orders. Shipping is free when you order is £30 or more or have 10 or more items in your basket, a standard £4.99 charge will be applied for any cart containing less than £30 worth of products or less than 10 products.
How long will it take to get my package?
