Freshness that lasts! ✨ Our dried coriander leaves are the quick fix for when your herbs have wilted, but your recipes still deserve that vibrant flavour. A sprinkle here, a pinch there, and suddenly your curry, soup, or taco comes alive. 🌿

Coriander Leaves

Typically described as:

Bright, aromatic, and gently citrusy, dried coriander leaves bring a touch of freshness to your cooking long after the herb is out of season. A key ingredient across cuisines, they offer an easy way to lift a dish with their light herbal notes and delicate fragrance.

Coriander leaves, also known as cilantro in some parts of the world, are much-loved for their clean, slightly tangy flavour. Having them in dried form means you can enjoy their versatility without worrying about wilting bunches in the fridge. They are a convenient pantry essential, perfect for busy cooks who want to add flavour and vibrancy in an instant. Simply sprinkle over finished dishes, stir into marinades, or rehydrate them in sauces, stews, or soups.

Here are ten modern and authentic ways to enjoy dried coriander leaves:

  1. Stir into curries or dhal for a fresh finishing touch.

  2. Sprinkle over soups such as lentil or tomato for a fragrant lift.

  3. Add to marinades for chicken, lamb, or tofu to enhance flavour.

  4. Blend into homemade chutneys or dips like yoghurt raita.

  5. Mix into salad dressings for a light citrus-herb accent.

  6. Garnish tacos, burritos, or quesadillas when fresh coriander isn’t to hand.

  7. Infuse into rice or couscous for extra depth.

  8. Use in Thai-inspired coconut curries and noodle broths.

  9. Scatter over roasted vegetables before serving.

  10. Stir into omelettes or scrambled eggs for a herbaceous twist.

Extra tip: To maximise flavour, crush gently between your fingers before sprinkling—this helps release the aromatic oils.
