Here’s a simple recipe idea to try: Tarragon Chicken: Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and sprinkle them with chopped tarragon.
  6. Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken breasts.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
