Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the falafel mix with warm water. Add water gradually and stir until you achieve a thick and slightly sticky consistency.
2. Allow the mixture to rest for a few minutes to hydrate and thicken.
3. While the mixture rests, preheat a deep frying pan or pot with oil over medium-high heat. You’ll need enough oil to fully submerge the falafel balls.
