Mediterranean appetizer mix. Serves 3-4, cooks in 15 minutes in 4 quick and simple steps…

1. Empty the package contents into a bowl and add 250ml of warm water, mix together.

2. Leave for 15 minutes, or until set.

3. Moisten hands, take the mixture and roll into balls, about an inch diameter each.

4. Deep fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown, serve falafel hot.
