On occasions raw honey may crystallise which indicates the purity of the honey. To bring it back to its original form, simply place in a bowl of warm water.

• 250g rolled oats
• 125g nut butter (e.g., almond butter or peanut butter)
• 60g black seed honey
• 60g unsweetened shredded coconut
• 60g dark chocolate chips
• 60g chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, black seed honey, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes to firm up.
3. Once the mixture is firm, take it out and roll it into bite-sized balls using your hands. If the mixture is too sticky, you can wet your hands slightly with water.
4. Place the energy balls on a lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
5. Once the energy balls are firm, transfer them to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to a week.
