Try this Ginger tea recipe:
  • 250ml water
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Lemon slices (optional)

  2. Add the ground ginger to the boiling water and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the ginger steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea to remove the ginger particles.
  5. If desired, add honey to sweeten the tea and stir until dissolved.
  6. Serve the ginger tea hot and garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
