Coriander Leaves 35g

A popular mild herb used in many world cuisines, adding a little ‘je ne sais quoi’ to many of your favourite dishes. While the flavour is still reminiscent of the fresh herb, it tends to be more concentrated and earthy.

Incorporate dried coriander leaves into your cooking:

  1. Seasoning: Dried coriander leaves are commonly used as a seasoning in various cuisines. They add a distinctive aroma and flavour to dishes. Sprinkle them on roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or add them to soups, stews, and curries.
  2. Marinades and Rubs: Combine dried coriander leaves with other spices and herbs to create flavourful marinades and rubs for meat, poultry, or seafood. They work well in combination with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and chilli flakes.
  3. Rice and Grain Dishes: Add a pinch of dried coriander leaves to rice or other grain dishes such as pilafs or couscous for an extra layer of flavour. It pairs well with aromatic spices like cumin and cardamom.
  4. Salsas and Chutneys: Incorporate dried coriander leaves into salsas and chutneys for a tangy and herbaceous kick. It adds depth of flavour to tomato-based salsas or coconut chutneys.
  5. Salad Dressings: Blend dried coriander leaves with other herbs, citrus juice, olive oil, and vinegar to create a flavourful dressing for salads. It works well with lime or lemon juice for a fresh and zesty taste.
  6. Homemade Seasoning Blends: Combine dried coriander leaves with other dried herbs and spices like oregano, thyme, and black pepper to create your own homemade seasoning blend. This can be used as a versatile seasoning for various dishes.
