Lighter and healthier than a beef burger, very tasty

  • 1 tbsp. Greenfields Madras curry powder
  • 4 cm (1½in) fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lime
  •  Small handful fresh coriander, plus extra to garnish
