  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Greenfields chia seeds
  • 2 cups chopped mango
  1. In a jar, mix coconut milk, chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Combine mango and 1 tablespoon of honey in a blender, blend until smooth.
  4. Layer chia pudding and pureed mango evenly among 4 small glasses
  5. Garnish with coconut flake (if using) and serve.
