Creamy cajun chicken

Creamy cajun spice is taste perfection with our special blend


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 250ml Chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
  • 180g cream cheese  (or double cream)
  • Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Greenfields cajun spice blend
  • Salt & pepper for seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Linguine/spaghetti


  1. Season the chicken with Greenfields Cajun blend, ensure covered then add a little salt, and Greenfields cracked black pepper.
  2. Pan sear the chicken in a heavy based frying pan with oil on 5 mins per side until cooked through and golden – no pink meat. Set aside
  3. Without cleaning add oil and garlic to the pan then add the chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and Cajun seasoning – this is your cajun cream sauce.
  4. Add the chicken to the sauce, simmer and allow to thicken.
  5. Cook linguine or spaghetti according to pack instructions.
  6. Finally, top with Parmesan and a little fresh parsley (optional), and enjoy!
