Spicy, smokey, grapefruit and blood orange Margherita mocktail

A spicy, smokey grapefruit and blood orange Margherita mocktail, perfect for a summer party when you want a refreshing, beautiful drink without the alcohol

To make 2 drinks

10 mins preparation

  • 100ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 100ml tonic water
  • 90ml Fluere Smoked Agave
  • 30ml agave syrup
  • Greenfields Himalayan smoked salt for the rim
  • 1 small green chilli very finely sliced
  • Blood orange for garnish and extra flavour

For the perfect spicy grapefruit and blood orange Margherita mocktail

  • Chill your glass (optional)
  • Cut your blood orange into wedges, on one wedge cut a notch and place over the top of the glass, pull all the way around the rim, place smoked Himalayan salt in a dish the tip and twist the glass into the salt to create the rim
  • Add ice to the salt rimmed glass
  • Add all the ingredients (bar the tonic water and blood orange) into a shaker and top with ice.
  • Shake the cocktail and pour over ice. Top up with tonic water to your preference and garnish with  blood orange slice
