Pink Salt Chocolate Bark

This easy-to-make dessert is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth or as a homemade gift for friends and family. The combination of smooth, velvety chocolate and the slight crunch of pink salt creates a harmonious balance of flavours that will leave you craving for more.

  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • Chilling Time: 1 hour
  • Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
  • 300g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink salt (plus extra for sprinkling)
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, dried fruits, or edible flower petals (eg greenfields lavender)
  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Set it aside.
  2. Break the dark chocolate into small, even-sized pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter in the microwave until it becomes liquid.
  4. Pour the melted butter over the dark chocolate and let it sit for a minute to allow the heat to melt the chocolate.
  5. Gently stir the chocolate and butter mixture until it becomes smooth and silky.
  6. Add the pink salt to the chocolate mixture and stir well to ensure it is evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet or tray.
  8. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread the chocolate into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
  9. If desired, sprinkle additional pink salt over the top of the chocolate bark.
  10. If you’d like to add any optional toppings, such as chopped nuts, dried fruits, or edible flower petals, now is the time to sprinkle them over the chocolate.
  11. Place the baking sheet or tray in the refrigerator and let the chocolate bark chill for at least 1 hour, or until it is completely firm.
  12. Once the chocolate bark is firm, remove it from the refrigerator and break it into small, irregular pieces.
  13. Serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in a cool place.

We use Royal Mail second class postal service for all orders. Shipping is free when you order is £30 or more or have 10 or more items in your basket, a standard £4.99 charge will be applied for any cart containing less than £30 worth of products or less than 10 products.

How long will it take to get my package?

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the United Kingdom.

A product I would like is out of stock, when will it be back?
