Sriracha seasoning sauce

  • 4 tablespoons Sriracha seasoning
  • 200 ml distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  1. Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, whisk together the Sriracha seasoning, distilled white vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, minced garlic, and tomato paste. Make sure the ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Heat Over Low-Medium Heat: Place the saucepan over low to medium heat. Stirring occasionally, let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes. This will help the flavors meld and thicken the sauce to your desired consistency.
  3. Taste and Adjust: After simmering, taste the sauce. If you prefer it spicier, you can add more Sriracha seasoning. Adjust the sweetness with extra sugar if needed.
  4. Cool and Store: Once you’re satisfied with the taste and consistency, remove the saucepan from heat and allow the Sriracha sauce to cool down to room temperature.
  5. Transfer to a Jar: Pour the Sriracha sauce into a sterilized glass jar or a squeeze bottle for easy dispensing. Seal it tightly and store it in the refrigerator.
