Sriracha & chilli cauliflower kebabs

For a healthy dish using our delicious new kitchen cupboard stocker ‘sriracha seasoning’ to turn a cauliflower into a zinging, sweet, sour and garlicky hot feast!

  • 2  heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp Greenfields Sriracha seasoning
  • 1 tsp Greenfields chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Greenfields toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Extra-virgin olive oil spray
  • Salt
  1. Blanch cauliflower in a large pot of boiling water for about 4-6 minutes until fork tender.
  2. Drain and then ensure to rinse with cold water to halt to ensure no further cooking.
  3. Heat grill to medium high heat., prepare a tray with a rack and spray a little of the olive spray over the rack, place to the side
  4. Whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, oil, Sriracha seasoning, chilli flakes, garlic, and lime juice and pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl, and add the cauliflower, toss to coat.
  5. Place the cauliflower onto skewers* and spray with a little olive oil,
  6. Place under the grill, turning frequently, until cauliflower is charred and tender, about 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds, a sweet chilli dip to the side and serve.

*Note: If using wooden skewers soak in water first
