Kale chips

A delicious, healthy alternative to crisps, with less calories, carbs and fat


  • Kale
  • Coconut oil – organic if possible
  • Yeast flakes


  1. Select a bunch of organic kale. Wash it well. Trim off the stalks and cut into bite size pieces.
  2. Add a couple of tablespoons of organic coconut oil, a couple of tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes (or savoury yeast flakes) and sea salt.
  3. Massage the mix into your kale.
  4. Bake them in the oven on the lowest setting for a couple of hours.
