  • 100g cress seeds
  • 200g dates, pitted and chopped
  • 100g almonds, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Desiccated coconut or powdered sugar for coating
  • In a food processor, blend the cress seeds, dates, and almonds until they form a sticky mixture.
  • Add the honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls, approximately the size of a walnut.
  • Roll each ball in desiccated coconut or powdered sugar to coat.
  • Place the sweet balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
