One pan ravioli lasagne

An easy one-pan ravioli has all the Italian flavours your family loves

  • 450g ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (680g) pasta sauce
  • 240 ml water
  • 1 tsp Greenfields Oregano
  • 700g frozen cheese ravioli
  • 200g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper,
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet or pot, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
  4. Add the jar of marinara sauce to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef mixture.
  5. Place the ravioli in a single layer on top of the beef and sauce mixture.
  6. Pour the water over the ravioli and beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the dried oregano evenly over the top.
  8. Cover the skillet with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  9. After 25 minutes, remove the skillet from the oven and uncover.
  10. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the ravioli and return the skillet to the oven, uncovered.
  11. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Let the skillet cool for a few minutes before serving.
