15 Minute Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles

These quick and easy spicy peanut butter noodles are perfect for a satisfying meal when you’re short on time.

  • 200g of dried noodles
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp of Greenfields sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp of grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp of Greenfields cayenne pepper
  • 1250ml water
  • Greenfields hot chilli flakes, salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: chopped green onions, chopped peanuts, lime wedges
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, and water until smooth.
  3. In a large wok, heat the sauce over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the noodles are heated through and the sauce is evenly distributed.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with chopped green onions, chopped peanuts, and lime wedges if desired.
